Thank you, for stopping by! Just a little about me.
I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Social work, from The University of Connecticut, with a specialty in Forensic Psychology and Administration. Masters in Divinity from Interdenominational Center, In Christian Counseling. I am affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers, The National Associations of Black Social Workers and the International Foundations for Critical Incident Debriefing, Inc. I am frequently, sought out to assist major corporations and government agencies after disasters or other critical incidents.
Over the past 25 years, I have successfully served individuals in an office setting and performing “Telehealth’ services also. I’ve come to understand, when you are seeking out therapy, you anticipate getting their money’s worth. You are looking for someone who is empathetic, someone who can provided them with real time solutions for your issues issues, who is willing to build a relationship.
With decades of experience, I have established a proven therapeutic approach that provides you with cognitive tools developed from a Behavioral Based-Anxiety model, that examines the integrations of personal life disruptions:
- Loss of loves & Friends
- Co-workers; due to COVID-19;
- Employment Separation;
- Unemployment and Underemployment;
- Separation & Loss anxiety
- Core beliefs & Emotional focus
- Behavioral Reactions
Now, that may sound like a lot of therapeutic mumbo-gumbo but, with much hard work and dedication, you will gain the coping tools need to live a more complete and satisfying life.
